The KHDA has announced a list of 10 new schools expected to open for the 2017-18 academic year – meaning more choice for parents.
Most schools will offer UK curriculum and in some cases with the IB Diploma program at Sixth Form. However, there will also be a new IB curriculum through-school, two new Indian curriculum schools, one French, one Canadian and one American.
DEWA will be opening a Sixth Form Academy offering UK curriculum/BTEC qualifications.
