Children’s Oasis Nursery is an independent pre-school nursery located in the heart of Jumeirah (Umm Suqeim) for children aged 3 months to 4 years old. We are a boutique British nursery that is independently owned and personally managed.

Our exciting, vibrant & multicultural nursery is set in a beautiful, warm, welcoming & homely villa with rooms designed for specific age groups and is filled with high-quality resources, equipment & handcrafted toys. The school is set in a stunning oasis consisting of lush greenery and an adventure garden, where the children continue their learning through play and exploration. We have over 30 years of early years experience & we were the first nursery school to become ISO certified in the Middle East.

Our thriving oasis is split into four areas, so that we can provide a safe and stimulating environment for all of our children, enabling them to mix with children of similar age groups.

Baby room

Our baby room is especially set up for children from 3 months onwards. Our dedicated staff ensures routines are followed for each individual child, as they would be at home.

Toddlers

From our baby room, children move into the toddler area or the ‘turning 2’s’ as they are better known. As we see each child as an individual, we ensure that the move from the baby room is smooth and comforting for the child, and some children often need more adjustment time than others.

Pre-Foundation

Our pre-foundation or ‘turning 3’s’ classes are set up to further challenge the children and stimulate their growing minds.

Foundation Year 1

Foundation Stage 1 at Children’s Oasis Nursery is a world of wonder for children before they head over to “big school”. In this class children are encouraged to make decisions, research, plan for their activities and be part of the daily decision making.

Children’s Oasis is a delightful family run nursery with a warm and welcoming feel a talented and well qualified teaching team. The nursery is an old villa converted into a nursery with a separate baby unit that is run by Helen who has been with the nursery as a teacher for over 15 years. One of the best things about the nursery is that each child is know individually by everyone working there and our whole family are made to feel welcome. It’s definitely worth a visit – you will be quite surprised by the beautiful garden as you walk in and the extensive resources that are available. Worth a visit – you won’t be disappointed

An exceptional nursery in absolutely every aspect!! 5 stars well-deserved, i would give many more stars if i could. My daughter started at 12 months, and is due to leave aged almost 4years old, having been almost full time.

She has thrived & flourished under the kind care, guidance and supervision of the superb staff. The ratio of UK trained teacher to child is unmatched. The facilities are fantastic, both indoor & out. The provision of hot lunches convenient, healthy and extremely successful, with my daughter eating up all sorts of foods she would refuse at home. The staff are brilliant across the board. Making learning fun, and managing to teach kindness & manners along the way.

She has had massive amounts of fun and learnt so much, has developed in so many ways purely from the dedication of the lovely teachers. The head Caitriona is a priceless captain of the ship, knows all the children in detail & is loved by all who cross the threshold (teachers, staff, kids & parents alike). I cannot recommend this nursery enough, to give your child the best start and the greatest confidence, and as a foundation for their future education.

I fell in love with the Nursery (Um Suqiem Branch) the first time I visited it; the colors and smells remind me of a quirky and loving grandmother’s house where children are free to grow, experience and learn through all of their senses – it is the embodiment of childhood the way it is supposed to be!

The teachers and staff are warm and loving, the administration is helpful, and everyone works together as a team alongside parents to provide a loving, warm, safe and interesting environment where children are free to investigate and learn in an unhurried and natural way. The jewel in the crown of this little gem of a nursery must be the atelier; it is a magical place chock full of creativity and imagination and the tools to set these free from the minds of children through art projects and other installations!

As the saying goes, “The proof is in the pudding.”; and the best reviewers of the nursery are the children. They are thriving at Children’s Oasis Nursery, they are happy and healthy, they loved to be dropped off in the morning, are always smiling when I come to pick them up, they hate to leave and are constantly talking about their friends, teachers and activities when they arrive home.

Amazing Nursery School for children 3m to 5 years. Beautiful villa. Over 30 years of heritage. ISO certified. Top quality teachers, caring and loving environment. The nursery is passionate about the importance of the early years and early childhood care and education and put this at the forefront of everything they do. I have had my three children at the nursery. When it was about to close due to the original owners retirement 2 years ago i decided to buy it in order to continue to operate it and keep this amazing Oasis open. Today we continue to go fro strength to strength building the nursery and i am very proud of all of the amazing leadership team and staff.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I feel in love with it as soon as i walked in and was shown around. My son also has loved it from the beginning and still does today. The highly trained teachers are so amazing and the attention they give is so heartwarming. What I love most is the sense of peace and calm the nursery has which of course has to effect the children in such a positive way.
